Cask Liquid Marketing adds Hepple Spirits to portfolio


Cask Liquid Marketing has added an English gin maker to its portfolio of spirit and liqueur brands.


The marketing and distribution agency will handle on- and off-trade sales, distribution and marketing for Hepple Spirits from August 2020.


Based in Northumberland National Park, Hepple Spirits was founded by renowned barman Nick Strangeway, chef Valentine Warner, drinks developer Cairbry Hill, countryman Walter Riddelll and distiller Chris Garden.


It launched in October 2015 with Hepple Gin and its range now also includes Sloe and Hawthorn Gin and the single-botanical Douglas Fir Vodka. The distillery has gained recognition for its “triple technique” distillation method, which is used in all of its spirits.


Walter Riddell, managing director of Hepple Spirits, said: “We are delighted to announce this new partnership with Cask Liquid Marketing which has a proven track record of finding and building high-quality brands, and which sees so much potential in our story and development. I would like to thank the team at Lightbox for the work they have done to grow our presence over the past year and a half and we look forward to working with Cask.”
