‘I felt like an animal’: Man speaks out after being tasered by police
A Melbourne man has been tasered and arrested by police officers for refusing to leave his Jetstar flight.
Police allege the man, Bolic Bet Malou, swapped seats with another passenger to sit with his family – then became aggressive and abusive when flight attendants asked him to return to his seat.
“I felt like an animal – it’s like no justice; it doesn’t feel great in front of your little one-year-old son,” Mr Malou told the media.
“I am assaulted and wrongly accused.”
One witness’ version of events is different to the police allegations, saying at “no stage was he being physically or verbally aggressive to anyone”.
