Police looking for help to identify robbery suspect

Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a robbery that took place in Manotick on Jan. 7.
According to police, the man entered a business in the 1100 block of Beaverwood Road that morning and demanded money. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash, as well as merchandise.
He is described as a male Caucasian in his mid 20s to early 30s, about 5’8” and 165 lbs. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with light jeans, dark gloves and dark shoes. His face was covered with a black mask.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5116.
