Two people hospitalized after stabbings in Stittsville Thursday night

An investigation continues after two people were stabbed in a confrontation in Stittsville Thursday night.

Shortly before 8 p.m., Ottawa paramedics were called to an incident on Hartsmere Drive, near Stittsville Main Street.

The treated two patients, one in critical condition, the other in serious condition.

They were transported to the trauma centre in Ottawa.

There is no further word on their condition.
