Weather: Rain, flurries and a bit of sun in the forecast for the weekend

Looks like Ottawa will get a little bit of everything thing this weekend.

Saturday is mainly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the morning and a risk of freezing drizzle, then a 30 per cent chance of rain showers in the afternoon. The high is 4 C.

There’s a 60 per cent chance of showers or flurries Saturday night, decreasing to a 30 per cent chance of flurries near midnight. The low is -2 C.

There is a mix of sun and cloud in the forecast for Sunday with a high of 7 C. The low is 0 C.

Expect periods of rain Monday and Monday night. The high is 2 C and the overnight temperature should rise to  3 C.

It’s more of the same Tuesday with rain and a high of 4 C during the day and rain or periods of snow overnight. The low is -2 C.

Wednesday and Thursday are cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries and highs of 1 C and 0 C.
