Woman dies after she was hit by car in White Hart Lane, Tottenham
A woman in her 70s has died after she was hit by a car.
Police have launched an investigation after a fatal collision in Tottenham on Thursday December 3.
The Metropolitan Police say they were called at 6.07pm to reports of a collision involving a white BMW and a pedestrian in White Hart Lane, close to the junction with Rivulet Road.
The London Ambulance Service also attended the scene and the pedestrian was taken to a hospital in east London.
Police say she died on Friday and her next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the BMW stopped at the scene and no arrests have been made, but detectives from the Met’s roads and transport policing command are investigating.
Officers are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam footage.
