The ‘NFL receptions leader’ quiz

Jerry Jones expects big things from the Dallas Cowboys this year, and that begins with the offense. With Amari Cooper now in Cleveland and Michael Gallup injured, much of the team’s passing game will go through third-year wideout CeeDee Lamb. Lamb had a breakout season in 2022, in which he made his first Pro Bowl after catching 79 balls for 1,102 yards and six TDs. Even with those large numbers, one rival in an AFC front office thinks Lamb is in for an even bigger workload this season. “He might get 200 targets the way things are shaping up.” The NFL record for targets in a season is 205, so if this anonymous personnel staffer is correct, we will be hearing Lamb’s name called early and often in 2022. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. If Lamb does, in fact, receive 200 targets this season, he could very well lead the league in receptions. So with that in mind, how many of the players who led the league in receptions each season since 2000 can you name in five minutes?
