AJ Styles Earns Hard-Fought Win Over Elias

AJ Styles faced Elias in an unlikely match on this week’s episode of WWE RAW. They initially clashed when Styles and Omos were annoyed by Elias backstage. The musician was strumming his guitar, and Styles jokingly called him “Johnny Trash.” He challenged Elias to a match. Jaxson Ryker accompanied Elias to the ring. Elias gained the hand early on, as he overpowered Styles. He targeted Styles’ arm and grounded him. But “The Phenomenal One” rallied and sent Elias to the outside. Elias regained control by throwing Styles shoulder-first into the ring post.

Later in the match, Omos stopped Ryker from attacking Styles. The distraction allowed Styles to hit a flurry of offense. A Pele kick rocked Elias, and in the end, Styles pinned Elias with a Phenomenal Forearm.
