Jey Uso won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the WrestleMania edition of Friday Night SmackDown | Wrestling News
The winner of this year’s Andre The Giant Memorial Battle royal is Jey Uso.
The match took place on this week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, likely because of the Kickoff shows being cut down to 1 hour and there’s been talk of having no matches of the Night 1 Kickoff. Before the match got started, Sami Zayn walked out to the announcer’s table to argue with Michael Cole to say that a clip of him getting kicked out of Logan Paul’s training gym was taken out of context.
The participants consisted of names that creative did not have anything for. The names were Akira Tozawa, Angel Garza, Cedric Alexander, Drew Gulak, Elias, Erik, Gran Metalik, Humberto Carrillo, Jaxson Ryker, Jey Uso, Kalisto, King Corbin, Lince Dorado, Mace, Murphy, Mustafa Ali, Ricochet, Shelton Benjamin, Shinsuke Nakamura, Slapjack, T-Bar, and Tucker.
The final two were Shinsuke Nakamura and Jey Uso after Uso eliminated Baron Corbin. Uso eliminated Nakamura to win the match.
