Report: Dragon Lee Dealing With Visa Issues

Dragon Lee‘s arrival in NXT has reportedly been delayed.
Lee, a former ROH World Tag Team Champion, announced that he signed with WWE at the AAA Noche de Campeones event on December 28. There, he and Dralistico defeated FTR (Dax Wheeler & Cash Hardwood) to win the AAA World Tag Team Championship. A subsequent report noted that Lee was set to join NXT after he signed a three-year deal for more than “standard NXT-level money”, and that the hope is for him to get called up to the main roster in 2024.
Lee then appeared on WWE La Previa ahead of WWE Royal Rumble and said he’d see everyone soon. However, he has yet to debut.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer noted that Lee is “having visa issues,” so he has been unable to join the rest of the NXT roster.
It’s unclear how long these issues will affect Lee.
