All Elite Wrestling owner Tony Khan was a recent guest on Busted Open Radio with Dave LaGreca, Mickie James, and Tommy Dreamer to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When asked about Kota Ibushi recently entering free agency, Khan admitted he’s a name that they’ve wanted to work with in the past.
“Well, there’s a lot of great free agents in the world of pro wrestling, but certainly, Kota Ibushi is a great talent,” Tony Khan said. “When you have a name like that, that certainly is somebody everybody in the world of pro wrestling would be very fortunate to have in their promotion. We really wanted to work with him in the past. So I think that’s something we’d certainly have to consider.”
