Inflammation can cause havoc on your body. In fact, it is one of the major factors in many chronic diseases and health issues. Inflammation can occur locally, such as when you have an injury. You may not be aware if your body has chronic inflammation, but there are some common signs that indicate inflammation. Other things you can do are reducing stress levels, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, and exercising.
